Game on Mission Anti-Bullying: Edukasi Pencegahan Bullying Melalui Permainan Psikoedukasi

Latar belakang: Bullying menjadi masalah utama di seluruh dunia dan Indonesia tanpa terkecuali. Bullying didefinisikan sebagai perilaku agresif sistematis terhadap korban yang tidak dapat membela diri. Korban mengalami masalah psikologis, sedangkan pelaku memiliki risiko lebih tinggi mengalami masalah perilaku kedepan. Kejadian umum bullying seringkali ditemukan di sekolah dan diawali di jenjang sekolah dasar sehingga perlu dilakukan intervensi untuk mencegah dan menangani kasus bullying sejak dini. Tujuan: Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan edutainment (permainan psikoedukasi) sebagai bagian dari program anti-bullying di sekolah dasar. Metode: Kegiatan ini melibatkan seluruh komunitas sekolah dan mengintegrasikan berbagai jenis kegiatan yang diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih aman dan mendukung bagi semua siswa. Hasil: Edukasi dengan Game on Mission Anti-Bullying (GEMA) dihadiri oleh sejumlah 109 siswa-siswi kelas 4 MI Taufiqiyah dengan didampingi wali kelas masing-masing. Siswa-siswi menunjukkan antusias dan partisipasi dalam mengikuti edukasi dan permainan GEMA yang telah disediakan. Kesimpulan: Edukasi GEMA efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang bullying dan pencegahan bullying pada taraf sekolah dasar. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan skor sebesar 32% pada pengetahuan tentang bullying dan 48% pada pengetahuan tentang pencegahan bullying.

Abstract
Background: Bullying is a major problem worldwide, and Indonesia is no exception. Bullying is defined as systematic, aggressive behavior against victims who cannot defend themselves. Victims experience psychological issues, while perpetrators are at higher risk of developing behavioral problems later in life. Bullying is common in schools and begins in elementary school, necessitating interventions to prevent and address bullying early. Objective: This community service project aims to develop and implement edutainment (psychoeducational games) as part of an anti-bullying program in elementary schools. Method: This activity involves the entire school community and integrates various activities, expected to create a safer and more supportive learning environment for all students. Result: The Game on Mission Anti-Bullying (GEMA) education program was attended by 109 fourth-grade students at MI Taufiqiyah, accompanied by their homeroom teachers. The students showed enthusiasm and participation in the GEMA education and games provided. Conclusion: The GEMA education program effectively increased students' knowledge about bullying and bullying prevention at the elementary school level. This is demonstrated by a 32% increase in knowledge about bullying and a 48% increase in knowledge about bullying prevention.
