Deteksi Gangguan Psikologis Postpartum Dengan Continuity of Care: Studi Kasus Pada Ny. F Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Alalak Selatan, Kota Banjarmasin

Latar Belakang: Kasus gangguan psikologis postpartum terdata 20% di negara berkembang, angka kejadian depresi postpartum di negara Asia sebesar 26-85% sedangkan Indonesia 50-70%. Sebanyak 80% ibu diprediksi mengalami gejala gangguan suasana hati dalam beberapa hari pertama setelah melahirkan, gejala depresi tersebut mirip dengan gejala depresi yang terjadi pada masa lain dalam siklus kehidupan wanita. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan asuhan kebidanan COC sebagai deteksi potensi dan gangguan psikologis nifas mulai dari masa kehamilan sampai dengan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi. Metode: Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi asuhan kebidanan COC pada ibu hamil sampai pemilihan alat kontrasepsi yang berfokus pada masalah gangguan psikologis postpartum. Hasil: Asuhan kebidanan COC menjadikan hasil nyata guna mendeteksi resiko psikologis postpartum, dengan intervensi dini sederhana kesejahteraan psikologis ibu meningkat serta diiringi dengan meningkatnya kesejahteraan fisik ibu. Kesimpulan: Asuhan kebidanan COC membuktikan bahwa dapat mendeteksi resiko psikologis postpartum, dengan penggalian data subjektif, objektif dan lainnya sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang dilanjutkan dengan intervensi dini sederhana yang meningkatkaan kesejahteraan psikologis ibu.
