    This Symposium Proceeding contains the written versions of the contributions presented at the 3rd LEWIS, which consisted of many articles from speakers from various universities. The articles were presented at the 3rd LEWIS and had been reviewed and revised accordingly based on suggestions from reviewers. Many thanks as well to All Keynote Speakers, the Steering Committee, and the Organizing Committee for the success of this symposium and to everyone who participated in the process of proofreading the contributed papers and in preparing these proceedings.
