They are expected to articulate a clear research question, outline methodology, present concise and coherent results, and engage in thorough discussions of findings. Additionally, conclusions, implications, and the contributions of the research to the respective field should be explicitly addressed.
  2. Review articles: These entail comprehensive analyses of topics within the fields of Epidemiology, Microbiology, Infectious Diseases, Vector-borne Diseases, and Alternative Medicine, with direct connections to their sub-disciplines such as chronic disease epidemiology, antimicrobial resistance, global health security, vector biology, and more. Publication Frequency:

The Journal of Public Health and Tropical Diseases publishes 4 issues per year (online).

Issue 1 (January - March)

Issue 2 (April - June)

Issue 3 (July - September)

Issue 4 (October - December)

Furthermore, the journal offers an Online First feature, where articles are published online before they are included in a specific journal issue. This means that articles are assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) but have not yet been allocated to a particular volume or issue. However, the most recent research and review articles are promptly accessible online through this feature. The Online First option brings advantages to both researchers and users of the journal's digital content.

Once an article initially published as Online First is designated to a specific journal issue and provided with bibliographic details such as volume and issue number, its online hosting transitions from the Online First section to the completed issue. Consequently, the article can be accessed via the journal's primary archive page rather than the Online First section. Both the DOI and bibliographic data can be used for citations, leading to the final version of the article. This final version becomes the primary article accessed when using the DOI or article URL.
