Article Processing Charges

This journal adheres to an open-access system and does not charge any fees to readers. However, journal management requires funding for domain and hosting subscriptions, journal website maintenance, DOI subscription fees, and administrative costs for managing the article processing. The journal does not receive any donations from any funding party, so management charges a fee to each author whose article is accepted for publication.
