Background: This Community Service (PKM) activity was motivated by the high prevalence of smoking inside the home in RT 003 RW 001, Rawa Mekarjaya Sub-district, Serpong District. Data collection showed that 60% of families (36 out of 60 respondents) had family members with this habit, making it the top priority issue in the aspect of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). This behavior is highly risky, especially for passive smokers such as children and pregnant women. Objective: The main goal of this PKM was to increase the awareness and knowledge of the RT 003 RW 001 community regarding the dangers of household smoking and to encourage behavioral changes towards a smoke-free home. Methods: The intervention was conducted through health education on the dangers of indoor smoking, provision of alternative smoking cessation therapy (mint candy), conversion of the neighborhood guard post (poskamling) into a designated smoking area, and placement of health promotion media (posters and leaflets). The activity was carried out on November 1, 2025, and involved 60 active and passive smoker respondents. Results: There was a significant increase in knowledge, as evidenced by the rise in the average pre-test score (70.00) to the post-test score (87.69). Furthermore, the Neighborhood Council Meeting (MMRT) resulted in an agreement to prohibit smoking inside the house and to utilize the poskamling as a special smoking area. The sustainability of the program was handed over to local cadres and stakeholders. Conclusion: This PKM program successfully increased community knowledge and resulted in a shared commitment to creating a smoke-free home environment, despite minor constraints related to participant attendance.
