Abstract

This research is survey research. The population in this study were all customers using Gojek online motorcycle taxi transportation in Semarang City. The sampling technique used in this research used the Lemeshow formula to obtain a sample of 96 people. The sampling technique used in this research is a non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling type . Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is proven by the t count of 3.022, and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is proven by the t count of 4.810, and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is proven by the t count of 2.639, and a significance value of 0.01 < 0.05. Service Quality, Price and Promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction
